Christine's Cafe is about an owner and staff of a country cafe, 'Earls,' in Islandmagee.
Its also about the Rhinka ice cream shop, the local Spar, the Gobbin's centre and the beauty spots: The Gobbins, Brown' Bay beach, Portmuck Harbour and Millbay village, Islandmagee, Co Antrim....
and some of the local and visitors from afar.
I am not a great singer, but hope someone will take my words and melodies further. Uel Irwin

Christine’s got’a Café, she is such a pearl,
Christine’s got’a Café, she calls it ‘Earls,’
Christine’s got good staff, they’re as helpful as can be
They do top up coffees, and little cups of tea.

She will do you breakfast, and even do you lunch,
If you go between, she will make you brunch.
She does Irish Stew, and an Ulster Fry,
There’s hand cut chips, n’ homemade pie.

If you like desserts and little piece of cake
You can sit, enjoy,.. Rhinka, ice cream breaks
She knows all the news, is as chatty as can be
This all happens, down in Islandmagee.

You can give staff tips and get a lovely smile,
They even do a Bistro, in a lot of style.
You can see the Gobbins’ and Brown’s Bay too,
Millbay sunsets, red and Portmuck views.

Christine’s little café, it’s a meeting place,
There is all the locals and ‘visitors from space,’
That’s if they make it, down below the Spar,
They came frae everywhere, even from afar!
